• How can I use discount PromoCode?
    • The PromoCode is one-use and unique. You can use it to purchase one (or more than one ticket) for only one particular event that you will choose. After selecting the seats, press the button under the total amount “Got a discount code?’’ Enter your promo code and relevant amount will be deducted from the ticket price. After that you can proceed with the standard purchase process of tickets.
  • What should I do if I have lost my el. tickets?
    • You have to contact our support team to resolve this problem.
  • Is it necessary to buy the tickets for the kids?
    • In generaly the kids under 6 years don't need the tickets. But sometimes it dipends on event
  • In which box offices can we buy the tickets?
    • All the tickets that are available on our website you can purhcase them even in box offices (except for exception).

      • 1. Philharmonic Box offices are working every day from 11:00 to 19:00 (break: 13:00 - 14:00). The box office is closed every Tuesday and Sunday
      • 2. Tbilisi, Sh. Rustaveli Avenue N37, "Shalikashvili Theater". Working days: Wednesday, Thursday: 12:00 - 18:00; Friday, Saturday - 12:00 - 21:00; (15:00 - 16:00 break). In this box office you can buy only the tickets for "Shalikashvili Theater".
      • 3. Tbilisi, Shavteli Street N13, "Gabriadze Theater" which works every day (including Saturday and Sunday) from 11 am to 7:00 pm (14:00 - 14:30 break). In this box office you can buy only the tickets for "Gabriadze Theater".
      • 4. Tbilisi, Sh. Rustaveli Avenue N25, "Tbilisi Opera and Ballet State Theater" which works every day (except Monday) from 11 am to 7:00 pm (14:00 - 15:00 break). You can buy only the tickets for opera in this box office.
      • 5. Tbilisi, Griboedov Street N 8-10, "Tbilisi V. Sarajishvili State Conservatoire " which works every day (including Saturday and Sunday) from 11 am to 7:00 pm (14:00 - 15:00 break). You can purchase only conservatory tickets in this box office.
  • Is it valid students discounts?
    • Students discounts are available only for Georgian Railway tickets. As for the students of theTheatrical University, specially for them there is 50% discount on Shalikashvili theater box offices for any their play.
  • Is it possible to return online tickcets?
    • You can return only railway tickets. For all other event’s tickets obligations and responsibilities are only for organizers.
  • Is it possible to buy the tickets by other person's card?
    • Yes, it is possible
  • How should I buy the online tickets?
    • You can purchase the tickets with registration or without. You have to choose an event, mark desired blue places and after that you will have to fill your credit card information. After successfully purchasing you will receive your electronic tickets with QR codes on your e-mail address and SMS on your mobile number that you have registrated on our website. You can stamp your electronic tickets or present it by your smartphone at the entrance. Attention! If you present your online tickets by your smartphone the screen should not be broken or flawed and the brightness of the screen should be maximum.
  • Is it possible to share my el. tickets to other person?
    • Yes, it is possible to buy el. tickets for other person and share them to him.
  • Is it possible to make a reservetion of the tickets?
    • No, you can't reserve the tickets on our website.
  • Where I have to change online tickets?
    • You don't need to change your online tickets. You can present the stamped tickets or show by your smartphone in the entrance.
  • Is it necessary to print the tickets?
    • You can stamp your electronic tickets or you can present it by your smartphone at the entrence. Attantion! If you present your online tickets by your smartphone the screen should not be broken or flawed and the brightness of the screen should be maximum.
  • By which credit card can I buy the el. tickets?
    • You can buy the tickets by any credit card - VISA / MasterCard / Amex
  • How can I see el. tickets purchised by me?
    • If you have bought the tickets by registration you can see the tickets on your acount in "My Tickets". You see your tickets on your e-mail and phone numer that you have added while purchasing the tickets. If you have bought the tickets without registration you can see them only on you mail and phone number that you have added while purchasing the tickets.
