How to participate?

Will I get the old points for the tickets I have bought before joining the club?

Yes, the points of tickets purchased before joining the club will be added to your account..

How to collect points?

The principle of collecting points is easy, you buy - we give you!
On our website you will get 1 TKT points for every 10 GEL you spent on tickets. In accordance with collected scores, you will be given status Basic, Silver or Gold.

Please note that after the membership you will get 500 points.

Users with Basic Status have the following benefits:

Users with Silver Status have the following benefits:

50% discount on website service commission
return movie tickets for 80%
Booking tickets due to 5 days (order is active 5 days prior to the event)
Possibility to return the ticket (there must be at least 5 days left before the return event. You will be able to return 90% of the ticket amount for any 2 active orders during the year)

Users with Gold Status have the following benefits:

0% service commission
Booking tickets due to 10 days (order is active 3 days prior to the event)
Possibility to return the ticket (there must be at least 3 days left before the event to return. You will be able to return 100% of the ticket amount for any 2 active orders during the year)

Does status have expiry date?

The status is permanent, so after receiving the Silver and Gold status, you will be able to use the benefits permanently.

Rules for returning movie tickets:

To return a movie ticket, it is necessary to be registered on our site and be the TKT Club member. Please note that you will not be able to return tickets purchased without registration.
Ticket amount is refundable according to the status of the club:
Basic - 60% of the ticket price
Silver - 80% of the ticket price
Gold - 90% of the ticket price
To use the return feature, it is necessary to have at least 3 hours left before the start of the filming session.
