Ethnographer is a traditional Georgian restaurant with the interior designed based on old Georgian architectural elements, Georgian hospitality style service, wide variety of traditional and renewed Georgian dishes from every region, diverse music and dance programs, different areas (ethnographic hall, phaeton hall, individual apartments, terraces and yard), that enables all the guests to discover and feel the traditions and culture of every part of Georgia in one space.
